3. How We Collect and Manage Your Information

Flodesk — Email Marketing

We use Flodesk to collect and manage email subscriptions, distribute newsletters, and deliver requested resources.

When you voluntarily join our email list, we may use your name and email address to share branding insights, educational content, business resources, company updates, and promotional offers where permitted by law.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

GoHighLevel — Contact Forms, Quizzes, and Lead Management

We use GoHighLevel, also known as HighLevel, to manage contact form submissions, lead-generation funnels, brand assessments, inquiries, and prospective client information.

When you submit a form or complete one of our quizzes, the information you provide may be stored in our GoHighLevel customer relationship management system.

We may use this information to respond to inquiries, provide requested quiz results, recommend relevant resources or services, and follow up regarding your interest in working with On Brand Designs.

Providing contact information through a form or quiz does not automatically enroll you in unrelated promotional email campaigns. We obtain marketing consent where required.

We do not currently operate an SMS marketing program. If we introduce one, we will update our disclosures and obtain appropriate consent before sending marketing text messages.

Calendly — Appointment Scheduling

We use Calendly to allow visitors and prospective clients to schedule discovery calls, consultations, and other appointments.

When booking a meeting, Calendly may collect your name, email address, appointment preferences, time zone, and any additional information you choose to provide.

We use this information to manage appointments and communicate with you about your scheduled meetings.

Showit and WordPress — Website and Blog

Our website is built using Showit and includes a connected WordPress blog.

These platforms and their hosting or technical service providers may process certain information necessary to display website content, maintain functionality, protect site security, and support website operations.

Where applicable privacy laws require a legal basis for processing, we rely on an appropriate basis such as consent, contractual necessity, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate business interests.

5. Cookies, Google Analytics, and Tracking Technologies

Our website has integrations configured for Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

These tools may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to collect information about website usage, visitor interactions, traffic sources, and marketing performance when enabled.

Google Analytics may help us understand how visitors interact with our website and blog.

Google Tag Manager may help manage website tracking technologies.

Meta Pixel, if active, may collect website interaction information for measurement and advertising-related purposes through Meta's services, even when we are not currently running paid advertisements.

We do not currently run paid advertising campaigns. However, installed advertising technology may still process visitor information independently of whether advertisements are actively being purchased.

You can manage certain cookies through your browser settings. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate consent or opt-out choices for non-essential cookies, targeted advertising, or related data processing.

6. Email Marketing and Your Choices

If you subscribe to our email communications or otherwise provide appropriate marketing consent, you may receive newsletters, educational resources, branding advice, company announcements, and promotional offers.

Our marketing emails include a way to unsubscribe.

You may also request removal from our marketing email list by contacting kim@onbranddesigns.com.

Unsubscribing from promotional communications will not necessarily stop messages required to respond to an inquiry, manage an appointment, deliver a purchase, or fulfill a contractual obligation.

We may share personal information with trusted service providers that assist us in operating our business, including:

Flodesk for email marketing

GoHighLevel for forms, funnels, CRM, and communication management

We may also disclose information where legally required, to protect our rights, or in connection with a legitimate business transaction.

We do not sell our email subscriber lists or contact databases for monetary payment.

Certain third-party tracking activities may qualify as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under some privacy laws, even without payment. Where applicable, we will provide any legally required notices and choices.

8. Data Storage, Retention, and Security
